You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

• the item is unused
• the item is in its original condition
• the item has not been applied or installed

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

• the sticker has been applied, installed, or used in any way
• the product has been damaged during installation
• the QR code was created using incorrect information provided by the customer

Installation responsibility

Customers are responsible for applying the sticker correctly.

We are not liable for issues arising from:

• incorrect surface preparation
• improper installation
• damage during application
